Every year we review and revise our prices, balancing increases against our continued commitment to investment. This is so that we can offer the high level of support and infrastructure reliability you expect from us.



With that said, due to a variety of factors outside of our control, we’ve been forced to introduce a price increase. We’ve seen increases from almost all our suppliers in the last 12 months. Since we pay many of our suppliers in the US dollar currency, the current poor Rand to US Dollar exchange rate has only made the impact of the increases bigger.



The increase is effective immediately for new products and will be implemented for existing products on 28 January 2023.
