How long will the website design process take?

From the time we get all your content from you the client (images, text, logos, videos and pay gateway information) it will take 5-7 days for your first site preview.

Can I cancel my packages?

We will do our best to help you get the site of your dreams and we never ever want to see a client go, but if you just not able to continue to pay for your package for any reason,  Please call us and we will work something out.

What is Monthly Security Updates?

These involve updating your website plugins, themes and Captcha.

What is the 30 min / 1 hour Monthly Content Updates?

The monthly update time ie: 30 min or 1 hour monthly content updates will be used for content changes to your website. This would include new blog posts, change of contact information or other content, updating images / videos.

How quickly can I have issues resolved so that I don’t loose business?

Depending on the complexity of the issue, turnaround times on technical issues range from same day (a matter of an hour or less) to as many as 24 hours.

How do I get help or support?

Once you become a client, you will have access to our client portal. In this section you can view or manage all your invoices, services and you can submit tickets from your client area.

Can I sell my products on my website?

The commerce option is available on the business package. This will give you all the needed features to be able to sell your products safely online.

What happens if I have an existing domain and or hosting package?

Thats no problem at all. We will point the domain to us – and with the c panel / WordPress admin access – we will develop your site.

I have text content for my site, but no logo or images - what do I do?

We can assist you with any part of the creative process for your site. We have working relationships with graphic artists, video editors, copy editors and photographers who are able to help you with content for your site. These services will be charged out at an additional cost to the client.

What is a late payment reactivation fee?

A reconnection fee of R50 will be payable in the event of services being suspended (due to non payment) for a period of 7 days or longer. This payment will required to be made in advance of the reconnection of services.
