How long will the website design process take?
From the time we get all your content from you the client (images, text, logos, videos and pay gateway information) it will take 5-7 days for your first site preview.
Can I cancel my packages?
We will do our best to help you get the site of your dreams and we never ever want to see a client go, but if you just not able to continue to pay for your package for any reason, Please call us and we will work something out.
What is Monthly Security Updates?
These involve updating your website plugins, themes and Captcha.
What is the 1 hour Monthly Content Updates?
The monthly update time ie: 1 hour monthly content updates will be used for content changes to your website. This would include new blog posts, change of contact information or other content, updating images / videos. Please note that update times do not roll over to the new month.
How quickly can I have issues resolved so that I don’t loose business?
Depending on the complexity of the issue, turnaround times on technical issues range from same day (a matter of an hour or less) to as many as 24 hours.
What does 3 revisions mean?
We encourage all clients once the first draft of the site is ready, to go through the website in detail and report back as many of the changes required to us, all at once. This enables us to work faster and get the revised or final product out to you soon as possible. We don’t expect anyone to settle on all the changes the first time, so we give our clients 3 separate passes to view, correct, and settle on the details of the site.
If I wanted more emails, what do I do?
Although in theory, we offer you unlimited email accounts to clients, we are governed by the disk space on your hosting package. As each email account takes up space, we will need to upgrade your hosting space before allocating new email accounts once the limit is reached.
What is Automated Recurring Billing? How does it work?
Automated Recurring Billing is a requirement on all website subscriptions packages where an ongoing monthly invoice is issued. Clients who have elected to go with the monthly packages accept the terms of receiving monthly automated payments from iWeb Services upon making thier first payment. How do I get help or support?
Once you become a client, you will have access to our client portal. In this section you can view or manage all your invoices, services and you can submit tickets from your client area.
Can I sell my products on my website?
The ecommerce option is available to you on the our package. This will give you all the needed features to be able to sell your products safely online and receive payments from your clients via a 3rd party payment system.
How many products can I sell?
You can sell as many products as you wish. For the standard package we will upload 10 products and we teach you to upload the others during an online training session.
I have text content for my site, but no logo or images - what do I do?
We can assist you with any part of the creative process for your site. We have working relationships with graphic artists, video editors, copy editors and photographers who are able to help you with content for your site. These services will be charged out at an additional cost to the client.
Can I do my own blogs?
Absolutely! Please let us know if you intend to use this function on the site as early on in the process as possible. We will set up the pages and provide training on how to upload new blog posts. Its worth noting that frequent posts filled with fresh and relevant content does assist in getting better rankings with search engines.
Will I really have a website in 5-7 Days?
Yes. The first draft of your website will be available to review within 7 days of Integrated receiving all the information required to develop your site.
Can I have more than the pages stipulated in my package?
Yes. But if you want more pages it will be R250 per page. This will be a once off.
What happens if I have an existing domain and or hosting package?
Thats no problem at all. We will point the domain to us – and with the cpanel / WordPress admin access – we will develop your site. Note the price will still stay the same As our hosting and domain is a discount feature
