How we completed
The Brief
This client came to us originally for assistance with an integration requirement on her current website. Unfortunately as no such solution was available, the only option to help was to redo the entire site on a compatible platform - which allowed the integration of a courier service, directly onto her site. In addition to that, we were able to clean up certain aspects of her site, as well as offer features not available on the old site like, WhatsApp chat, and software which records and logs all the enquiries on a contact form. The client received a solution to her problem, and an upgrade from her old site.
The Results
We redesigned the website from scratch including The Courier Guy integration for shipping calculations, pickup, and scheduling. We cleaned up the website with and made it more engaging helping with better conversion and less bounce rate.
