From the time we get all your content from you the client (images, text, logos, videos and pay gateway information) it will take 5-7 days for your first site preview.

We will do our best to help you get the site of your dreams and we never ever want to see a client go, but if you just not able to continue to pay for your package for any reason,  Please call us and we will work something out.

These involve updating your website plugins, themes and Captcha.

The monthly update time ie: 30 min or 1 hour monthly content updates will be used for content changes to your website. This would include new blog posts, change of contact information or other content, updating images / videos.

Depending on the complexity of the issue, turnaround times on technical issues range from same day (a matter of an hour or less) to as many as 24 hours.

We encourage all clients once the first draft of the site is ready, to go through the website in detail and report back as many of the changes required to us, all at once. This enables us to work faster and get the revised or final product out to you soon as possible. We don’t expect anyone to settle on all the changes the first time, so we give our clients 3 separate passes to view, correct, and settle on the details of the site.

The package you choose has a stipulated amopunt of emails that you get. But if you want more emails then we have to look at upgrading the package for you.

Automated Recurring Billing is a requirement on all website subscriptions packages where an ongoing monthly invoice is issued. All our subscription packages make use of automated recurring billing. Clients who have elected to go with the monthly packages accept the terms of recieving monthly automated payments from iWeb Services upon making thier first payment.
