During the start of the project, we created the customer journey.

We also collected the team’s assumptions regarding their business, competition, customers (Clients), and users (FlexiTalent Candidates), and asked them to define their vision, mission, and values so we can match the new design to these.

We also address some of the pain points for the Client & the FlexiTalnet. This way we could establish at an early stage of the project what is going to work and what’s not going to work. We wanted to get it right the first time!

The research findings have been used to iterate the wireframes during the design process, improve user experience on the website, and create the ultimate design solution. We started with sketching workshops ideating multiple solutions for every page type while leaving the customer flow intact with the plan of changing one thing at a time.

Our two designers divided their work by platform type: mobile and desktop. This way, both designers could work independently while keeping up with consistency.

When entering the website, we made is easy for users (Flexi Candidates) to find & register to become as Flexi. Users were likely to fill out a form immediately without having to hunt down the registration page. By explaining the registration process to the user, we made the site feel more trustworthy.

We created an improved unique filtering  and search capabilities system and at the same time we made it possible to custom select from multiple categories which increases flexibility for Clients when booking FlexiTalent’s.
